From input to answer.
- Open All Tools → Electrical Math.
- Choose DC, 1-phase AC or 3-phase AC.
- In DC, enter two independent values from voltage, current, resistance and power. In AC, enter the known electrical values and power factor as required.
- Read the fields marked Calculated. Editing a calculated field makes that value an input and updates the other results.
WORKED EXAMPLE
A 24 V DC load
Enter
Select DC. Enter 24 V and 2 A.
Read the result
Resistance is 24 ÷ 2 = 12 Ω. Real power is 24 × 2 = 48 W.
Get more from it.
- In balanced three-phase mode, use line-to-line voltage and line current.
- A power factor of 0.8 is entered as 80% when the field is labelled percent.
- The calculator keeps the latest independent entries. If an answer changes unexpectedly, check which fields say Entered and Calculated.
Know the limits.
- AC relationships assume the selected phase configuration; three-phase calculations assume a balanced load.
- This does not choose wire, protection or motor starting equipment. AC mode is not a DC resistance calculation.

Where are the “I know” menus?
The current interface uses direct entry. Type into the quantity you know and read the calculated fields.
